Patrick Clément

Patrick Clément is a graduate of École Polytechnique and of École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.
He began his career at the Ministry of Industry, then entered the private sector, where he held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities in several IT services companies.
In 1994, he joined the Ouroumoff group as vice president in charge of operations of one of its subsidiaries and information systems consultant to major accounts such as France Télécom and the Ministry of Defense.
Mr. Clément joined COGEMA La Hague in 1994 as head of the software engineering department then deputy technical director, where he led the project team in charge of the site's reorganization.
From 2001 to 2004, he was director of information systems at the COGEMA La Hague plant.
Mr. Clément was named director of information systems at COGEMA in January 2005.
