Ray M. Bowen

Ray M.
Bowen is the President-Emeritus at Texas A&M University.
He was formerly the Chairman at The National Science Foundation, a Faculty Member at Rice University, a Principal at Louisiana State University, and the Interim President at Oklahoma State University.
He was also a Principal at the University of Kentucky.
Bowen received his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Texas A&M University and his graduate degree from the California Institute of Technology.
