Mr. Raymond J.
Jacobs is a Managing Director at Franklin Templeton Institutional LLC, Franklin Real Asset Advisors and Franklin Advisers, Inc. He is responsible for European private equity real estate investment and portfolio management.
He joined Franklin Templeton in 1999 and is a member of the Global Investment Committee and Management Committee of Franklin Real Asset Advisors.
Further to his private equity real estate investment functions, he was the firm's lead European property securities analyst and portfolio manager until 2006 when he assumed additional managerial responsibilities.
Previously, Mr. Jacobs was Vice President for GIM Capital Management where his responsibilities included research of listed property securities in the context of a global property securities portfolio.
Prior to joining GIM, he was a managing director of PriFast, a Swedish listed property company where he was responsible for property holdings in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Before joining PriFast, he headed the New York office of a private Japanese property company.
Mr. Jacobs is a graduate of Nijenrode University Netherlands School of Business and earned an M.B.A.
from Aston University (UK).
