From 1991 to 1993, Mr. O’Neil was Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, for Ortho McNeil Pharmaceutical (a fully-owned company of Johnson & Johnson).
He was also a member of the Ortho McNeil Pharmaceutical Management Board.
Prior to that role, Mr. O’Neil held various leadership positions in sales and marketing with the company beginning in 1974.
Mr. O’Neil received a bachelor’s degree from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University and an M.B.A.
from the Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University.
Mr. O’Neil previously served as Chairman of the Board of Arcadia Consumer Healthcare and as a Director of OptiNose (NASDAQ: OPTN) and Trimb Healthcare.
Mr. O’Neil currently serves on the board of WellSpring Consumer Healthcare.
