Selma Cilka

Ms. Selma Cilka is a Managing Director & Co-Chief Risk Officer at Vibrant Capital Partners, Inc. She works closely with the Chief Risk Officer to oversee and implement risk management across Vibrant Capital Partners' platform.
Ms. Cilka has over 26 years of experience in portfolio and risk management, with the last 14 years focused on structured credit.
She joined Vibrant Capital in early 2007, shortly after the firm was founded.
Until October 2020, she had been responsible for investments and portfolio management for various structured credit mandates.
Previously, Ms. Cilka spent 10 years at HVB Group, where she worked in the controlling group responsible for credit and market risks of all business units of the bank.
In 2006, she joined HVB's Active Credit Portfolio Management Group, reporting to Vibrant Capital's Founder & CIO, Volkan Kurtas.
Ms. Cilka holds an M.B.A.
from Pace University, an M.S.
in Financial Engineering from Baruch College, and a B.S.
in Physics from University of Tirana.
