Stephen A. Greene

Prior to Tri-Artisan, which he joined in July 2, 2010, Mr. Greene most recently served as a senior managing director at Eureka Capital Partners, where he was co-head of the firm’s restructuring practice and responsible for its merchant banking and investment banking activities in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Eureka, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen and led Andersen’s Healthcare Corporate Finance practice in New York New York.
He began his investment banking career at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin where became Managing Director in charge of Houlihan’s San Francisco office.
He received his M.B.A.
in Finance from the Anderson School, U.C.L.A.
He also holds an M.A.
in History (Fulbright/Hays fellowship) and a B.A.
in History (Phi Beta Kappa and Departmental Honors), both from Stanford University.
