Woolwine is a Vice Chairman at Discretionary Management Services LLC.
He specializes in fixed income, pension risk management, and asset allocation policy.
His client experience includes large corporations, healthcare systems, associations, and foundations.
In addition, he is a member of DeMarche’s Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
Prior to joining DeMarche, Mr. Woolwine was an investment officer in the Fixed Income Department of Boatmen’s First National Bank of Kansas City, where he advised institutional clients on portfolio management and trading strategies.
He is a member of the Kansas City Rotary Club Foundation (KCRCF) Board of Directors and Chairman of the investment committee.
He also serves on the investment committee for the endowment fund at his alma mater, Knox College.
Mr. Woolwine earned his graduate diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware and his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Knox College.
