Zarifa Reynolds

Before joining Guardian, she was Head of Corporate Development at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) where she was responsible for corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic venture capital investing, and corporate strategic projects.
Prior to joining TIAA, she was a partner at Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm.
During her time with the firm, she worked on US and cross-border M&A and financing transactions.
She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and a graduate degree from Harvard Law School.
