Braskem S A : Reimbursed of Cash - Agreement executed with DPE, MPF, MPE and DPU

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, January 10, 2020 - BRASKEM S.A. ('Braskem' or 'Company') (B3: BRKM3, BRKM5 and BRKM6; NYSE: BAK; LATIBEX: XBRK), in connection with the Material Fact notice and Notice to the Market dated on January 3 and 6, 2020, respectively, hereby notifies its shareholders and the market that the amount of R$3.7 billion in cash has already been reimbursed to the Company, with R$1.7 billion transferred to a Braskem bank account specifically for funding the Financial Compensation and Support for Relocation Program, as established in the agreement with the Alagoas State Public Defender's Office, the Federal Prosecution Office, the Alagoas State Prosecution Office and the Federal Public Defender's Office.
