VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

DONATION TO WUHAN TO FIGHT AGAINST CORONAVIRUS

In order to support the fight against novel coronavirus in Wuhan, Hubei province, China Dili Group (the ''Company'') donated RMB15 million to Wuhan to assist the families that have difficulties in such epidemic as well as to boost public hygiene for epidemic prevention. Meanwhile, the board of directors of the Company noted that Dili Fresh (''Dili Fresh''), a fresh food produce retail chain in which the Company indirectly holds 19% equity interest, also donated RMB15 million, which means the total amount of the donation is RMB30 million (the ''Donation'').

Since the coronavirus outbreak, all employees of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') as well as the employees of Dili Fresh have duly taken their dual roles in ''prevention + supply guarantee'', ensure a stable supply of basic living needs for the people in those cities the Group operates in. By adhering to the corporate vision of ''being the most trusted food distribution service provider and supplier'', the Group will overcome the difficulties and win the battle against the epidemic together with the people across the nation.

The Donation will be funded by the internal resources of the Group and Dili Fresh which will be a reflection of the Group's and Dili Fresh's active performance in corporate social responsibility. It is expected that there will be no material impact on the Group's current and future operating results.
