John Huguenard, Trent Agnew, and Will McCormack of Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets, Inc. represented EQT Real Estate, LLC and arranged the acquisition financing through a single-asset, single-borrower (SASB) execution led by Wells Fargo. Michelle Kelban, Kimberly Lucas, James Koenderman, Robin Basu, Jessica Sicsu, David Levy, and Brian Senie of Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal advisor for Ares Management Corporation.
