(Alliance News) - GT Talent Group Spa announced on Wednesday that BDO Spa has resigned from its role as statutory auditor due to the non-payment of EUR15,581.36.

BDO will continue to perform its auditing duties until the resolution appointing a new auditor becomes effective, and in any case, no later than six months from the date the resignation was submitted.

GT Talent Group shares remain unchanged at EUR0.16 per share.
