Residential developer Besqab has sold the final unit in its Viggby Ängar project in Täby. The development comprises a total of 274 homes, including rental apartments, condominiums, and terraced houses, with construction having commenced in 2021.

The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026 and has been executed in four phases with a focus on sustainability and Nordic Swan Ecolabel certification. Financial details were not disclosed.
