(the "Company" or "Black Panther") announces that, in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange stock option repricing amendments announced on August 14, 2013, the Company has repriced 440,000 previously granted stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants, which stock options are now exerciseable at a price of $0.05 per share for a term of 5 years from the original grant date of July 2, 2013.
