Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city Moscow dated 22 December 2014 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Commercial Bank European Express, limited liability company, or CB European Express LLC (Bank of Russia registration No. 3449, date of registration is 27 January 2004) and on the appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-58, dated 19 January 2015) to terminate from 20 January 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank European Express, LLC, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3165, dated 11 November 2014, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank European Express, Limited Liability Company, or CB European Express LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence'.
