(Miami, FL December 22, 2015) - City of Miami District 2 Commissioner Ken Russell and the Coconut Grove N.E.T. Office present the First Annual Xmas on Grand Community Holiday Party with a toy give-away for the West Grove schoolchildren sponsored by Primo Cash. There will be performances by talented community youth, a dance competition, sugary treats and - a unique twist on a holiday tradition - a Christmas dunk tank.
