Wolesi Jirga verifies UN commission convention on international trade law regarding to recognition of enforcement of foreign sovereignty decisions (New York 1958)

The Lower House of Parliament on Saturday's plenary session verified the United Nations (UN) commission convention on international trade law regarding to recognition of enforcement of foreign sovereignty decisions (New York 1958).

The session was held under the chairmanship of Mir Rahman Rahmani, while draft of the United Nations (UN) commission convention on international trade law regarding to recognition of enforcement of foreign sovereignty decisions (New York 1958) was presented by members of the international relation commission and was verified with majority votes in one preface and 16 articles.

Overall in today's session the president's legislative decree# 157 date 14/6/1396 regarding to amendment and adding in some materials of law for supreme audit office was presented by members of the audit commission of Wolesi Jirga and was verified with majority votes.

In the sideline of the session, people representatives discussed in relation to budget fiscal year 1399 and it was called unbalanced and they urged for serious addressing of that.

Overall in today's session, MPs expressed their concerns over increase of insecurity in the country particular increase of crimes and kidnapping in Kabul and Balkh provinces, they asked form relevant officials to pay urgent attention in this regard.

Likewise, legislators discussed regarding to people's problems due to cold weather, they reiterated that in accordance to predicates by meteorology department the current winter will be very cold, so, the emergency committee should take urgent steps in order to address for people's problems.

A number of MPs pointed on dead of four kids due to cold weather in Kabul- Kandahar highways, also people problems in Bamyan province due to cold winter.

Need to investigate crushed helicopters in the country, need to address airstrike of coalition forces at the Shindant district of Herat province that caused civilians casualties, lack of address by officials for environment department in order to decrease of air pollution, collecting of vehicles sans pallet in Herat province, existence of corruption at the government's offices and criticize for recruitment of staffs based on relation, establishment of balance on salaries of governmental employees and omitting of huge salaries of super skill and CBR, criticize for raising of gas and petroleum price, need to pay attention for treatment of diseases caused by mother bomb in Nangarhar province, serious need for investigation of killing of Amer Satar by security forces, increase of insecurity in some highways and Kunduz province, criticize for meddling of some foreign countries in Afghanistan's domestic affairs and criticize on assertions by a Iranian official who requested from Afghan government in order to withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan were the issues which was discussed in today's session.

The Wolesi Jirga chairman Mir Rahman Rahmani instructed to the relevant commissions to investagate airstrike of foreign troops at the Shindant district of Herat province which caused civilians casualties, dead of four kids due to cold weather in Kabul- Kandahar highways and people problems in Bamyan province.

Overall, Rahmani instructed to the domestic security commission to invite officials for security sectors in order to address security problems of Kabul, Balkh and other provinces of the country.

At the meantime Rahmani said, political rivals of Amer Satar are involved in his murder and instructed to the domestic security commission to appoint a delegation in order to investigation of Satar's murder.

Overall, the fiscal year 1399 budget was called unbalanced by chairman of Wolesi Jirga and underlined for serious address of that.

Furthermore, lack of presence of cabinet ministers at the particular meeting day with people representatives was faced with Rahmani's criticize, he asked from them to be present in their offices in accordance to president's legislative decree in order to meet with MPs for address and solving of clients problems.
