Food and events operator Pembert & Company is set to open the restaurant Lokal 12 at the World Trade Center in Malmö's Västra Hamnen district, according to a press release from Wihlborgs. The opening is scheduled for August 24.

Founded in 2015 as a catering business, Pembert & Company currently operates several restaurant and event venues across the Malmö region and Lund. The company was established by chef Daniel Pembert, who runs the business alongside Tommy Nilsson.

'The prime location at the World Trade Center in Västra Hamnen provides us with an excellent opportunity to further develop our offering in Malmö', commented Daniel Pembert.
