AB Sagax (publ) (OM:SAGA A) agreed to acquire 19 properties in france for SEK 485 million on November 8, 2023. The transaction is sale and lease back transaction. The rental income amounts to the equivalent of SEK 35 million for the year ended 2022.
The transaction is subject to necessary approvals. The transaction expected to take place during the end of the fourth quarter of 2023.
