ABANO HEALTHCARE GROUP LIMITED Abano Healthcare Group Limited (NZX:ABA) advises that the issue price for shares issued in lieu of the cash 2018 Interim Dividend under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is $9.65 per share.
The issue price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP, as the volume weighted average sale price for all Abano shares sold on the NZX over the five trading days immediately following the record date of 9 January 2018, less a 2.5% discount.
Shareholders representing 26.5% of shares on issue, who have elected to participate in the DRP, will receive shares, instead of cash, in respect of the dividend payable on 19 January 2018.
The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares on issue as at the date of their issue.
