Delisting of Acino Holding AG from the SIX Swiss Exchange Aesch, September 10, 2014, 07.00 hrs - After the successful completion of the public tender offer of Pharma Strategy Partners for Acino Holding AG on December 12, 2013, Acino's Board of Directors applied for a delisting of the registered shares of Acino Holding AG from the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX). This request was approved by SIX on December20, 2013, and the delisting will take effect on September 17, 2014. The last trading day of the shares of Acino Holding AG at SIX will be September 16, 2014.

On December 12, 2013, Pharma Strategy Partners GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avista Capital Partners and Nordic Capital, successfully completed its public tender offer for Acino Holding AG. Pharma Strategy Partners GmbH intends to effect a full takeover of Acino, and will delist the Acino shares from the stock exchange.
