Acrel Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300286) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 100 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchase at a price not more than CNY 20 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for the later implementation of the equity incentive plan or employee stock ownership plan. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
On October 27, 2022, the company announced that share repurchase price will be adjusted from CNY 20 per share to CNY 19.80 per share.
