ACV Auctions Inc. provided earnings guidance for the Second quarter and full year of 2022. Second quarter of 2022, the company expects total revenue to be in the range Of $109 to $112 million, an increase of 12% to 15% year over year. GAAP net loss expects to be in the range of $30 to $31 million.
Full-Year 2022, the company expects total revenue to be in the range of $452 to $460 million, an increase of 26% to 28% year over year. GAAP net loss to be in the range of $116 to $120 million.
