Business Summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services PLC (ADNOC L&S) is a United Arab Emirates-based entity which is primarily engaged in providing maritime logistics services. The Company through its business segments of integrated logistics, shipping, and marine services provides end-to-end, fully integrated energy logistics services for the energy sector and provides critical services. ADNOC L&S has approximately 100 global clients in 50 countries. The Company’s offshore energy logistics services provides offshore production of oil in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Company’s marine services provides operations of the petroleum ports in Abu Dhabi and safety of sea operations through oil spill response hazardous and noxious substances response operations.
