Adtalem Global Education Inc. (NYSE:ATGE)announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to $300 million worth of its outstanding common stock. The repurchases will be funded through available cash balances, ongoing business operating cash generation.

The program is valid till January 16, 2027.

Chamberlain segment offers degree and non-degree programs in the nursing and health professions postsecondary education industry.
