Aerospace CH UAV Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002389) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 200 million worth of its A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 20.55 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives, and the rest will be used for sales for "necessary to maintain company value and shareholders' rights and interests". The shares will be repurchased out of own funds of the company or self-raised funds. The plan will be valid for 3 months.
On July 5, 2022, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchased price to not more than CNY 20.49 per share.
