Strøm Gundersen AS, a company within AF Gruppen, has been selected as the
contractor for two contracts for the construction of a hotel and an office
building in Brakerøya, Drammen. Both contracts are turnkey contracts and have a
combined value of NOK 516 million excluding VAT.

The first contract has been entered into with Drammen Helsepark Bygg BK 3-1 AS
and pertains to the construction of a conference center and a hotel covering
approximately 13,600 square meters of gross floor area (BTA) with 9 floors and
220 rooms. The agreement is valued at NOK 345 million excluding VAT.

The second contract has been entered into with Drammen Helsepark Bygg BK 3-2 AS
and involves the construction of an office building with 8 floors and
approximately 5,600 square meters of BTA. The agreement is valued at NOK 171
million excluding VAT.

Both buildings will be constructed above an existing underground parking garage
built under a separate contract. The buildings are aiming for BREEAM-NOR
Excellent certification. Construction work is expected to commence in the 4th
quarter of 2024 with completion in the 2nd quarter of 2026.

The new hospital in Vestre Viken, where AF Gruppen has several contracts, is
under construction in Brakerøya, Drammen. On neighbouring plots, health-related
facilities are being developed under the name Drammen Helsepark. Drammen
Helsepark is wholly owned by Bane NOR Eiendom AS.
