(BME:AI) from Black Toro Capital LLP for €3.6 million on October 2, 2019. Under the terms of the transaction, Rafael Contreras acquired 20 million shares of Airtificial Intelligence Structures at €0.18 per share.

Airtificial Intelligence Structures SA, formerly known as NYPSA Informes y Proyectos SA (INYPSA), is a Spain-based engineering and consulting company that is focused on the integrated management of infrastructure and geo-information projects. Its segments include Civil Engineering, Services Management and Geo-Information. The Civil Engineering division consists of water engineering, transport infrastructure, energy, environment, geology, social development, private sector development, project management, and construction and equipment.
