Pursuant to clause 74 of t h e Articles of Association of Al Shaheer Corporation Limited ["the Company"], notice is hereby given that the emergent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 10th February 2023 at 09:00 a.m. [PST] at Zoom Video Communications (All Directors available at their location) to transact the business as per the following agenda:
