Its consumer banking customers are serviced via branch network, call center, electronic/Internet banking channels and direct sales channels. The Business Banking segment covers small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate and commercial banking. The Stockbroking and Corporate Advisory segment includes stockbroking activities and corporate advisory, which includes initial public offering, debt fund raising and corporate restructuring. It is also engaged in business operations such as alternative distribution channels, trustee services and head office.
