Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is a Malaysia-based company engaged in the banking business and the provision of related financial services. Its segments include Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Financial Markets, Stockbroking and Corporate Advisory, and Others. The Consumer Banking segment provides a range of personal banking solutions covering mortgages, term loans, hire purchase facilities, credit cards and wealth management. Its consumer banking customers are serviced via branch network, call center, electronic/Internet banking channels and direct sales channels. The Business Banking segment covers small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate and commercial banking. The Stockbroking and Corporate Advisory segment includes stockbroking activities and corporate advisory, which includes initial public offering, debt fund raising and corporate restructuring. It is also engaged in business operations such as alternative distribution channels, trustee services and head office.
