Alliance Mining Corp. entered into a purchase agreement to acquire 50% stake in Twenty-Seven Mining Claims in Rice Lake Belt from 1911 Gold Corporation for CAD 0.5 million.

Alliance Mining Corp. (TSXV:ALM) entered into a purchase agreement to acquire 50% stake in Twenty-Seven Mining Claims in Rice Lake Belt from 1911 Gold Corporation (TSXV:AUMB) for CAD 0.5 million on June 3, 2021. The total consideration of CAD 0.5 million is payable in cash or shares of Alliance.

1911 Gold Corp has an option to retain some or all of the shares issued as consideration for the first 90 days from their issue date, subject to Alliance's right to repurchase the shares. The purchase agreement is subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval. TSX Venture Exchange approved the purchase agreement June 18, 2021.
