Nicholas Chryssanthopoulos, Chief of Corporate Center of Alpha Bank, has announced his intention to step down from his role, effective from mid-February 2024, and pursue new professional opportunities outside of the banking sector. He will retain an advisory role to the CEO and the Executive Committee of the Bank on matters relating to strategy.

On this occasion, Alpha Bank's CEO, Vassilis Psaltis, stated: 'Nicholas has been a valuable member of the Alpha Bank family throughout his 24-year career in the Group and a trusted personal ally in our cooperation of more than 16 years, turning many challenges to success.

His strategic thinking, his unparalleled ability to manage and successfully execute challenging transactions, and, of course, his boundless energy contributed crucially to the success of the Bank's transformation and its return to viable profitability. This next step in his professional development comes as a natural evolution of his skills and experience and proves that he continues to profoundly enjoy new challenges.

I want to wholeheartedly thank my dear friend Nicholas for his invaluable contribution to the Bank and wish him every success in his future career.'
