Altus Property Ventures, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 48.56 million compared to PHP 47.27 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 31.53 million compared to PHP 23 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.32 compared to PHP 0.23 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.32 compared to PHP 0.23 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was PHP 98.39 million compared to PHP 94 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 64.49 million compared to PHP 52.48 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.64 compared to PHP 0.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.64 compared to PHP 0.52 a year ago.
