Altus Property Ventures, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 45.15 million compared to PHP 27.49 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 24.1 million compared to PHP 14.59 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.24 compared to PHP 0.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.24 compared to PHP 0.15 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 139.15 million compared to PHP 85.71 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 76.58 million compared to PHP 41.12 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.77 compared to PHP 0.41 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.77 compared to PHP 0.41 a year ago.
