Altus Property Ventures, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 27.49 million compared to PHP 21.06 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 14.59 million compared to PHP 4.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.15 compared to PHP 0.05 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.15 compared to PHP 0.05 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 85.71 million compared to PHP 75.04 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 41.12 million compared to PHP 18.58 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.41 compared to PHP 0.19 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.41 compared to PHP 0.19 a year ago.
