AGREEMENT WITH SAHA RATINGS

December 28, 2015 - Anadolu Efes today announced that it has signed a new agreement with

"SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.$. ("SAHA")" on December 28, 2015 for two rating periods, following the expiration of the Corporate Governance Rating agreement signed between the company and SAHA on January 2, 2016. SAHA has official authorization to carry out rating activities in Turkey in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Principles.
