Andfjord Salmon AS announced a private placement of 959,595 common shares at a price of NOK 39.60 for total gross proceeds of NOK 37,999,962 in a round of funding on February 18, 2022. The transaction will include participation from founder and board member Roy Bernt Pettersen for 252,525 common shares and commitments of NOK 10,000,000, returning investor Eidsfjord Sjøfarm As for 505,050 common shares and NOK 19,999,980 in commitments and new investor Nutreco N.V. for 202,020 common shares and NOK 7,999,992 in commitments. The transaction is expected to close on May 6, 20221.

The new shares will subject to deviation from shareholders pre-emption rights authorization, which will be granted in the annual general meeting. Upon closing the share capital of the company will be NOK 36,893,995 and 36,893,995 shares.
