Andfjord Salmon AS announced that it expects to receive NOK 173.859173 million in funding from Jerónimo Martins - Agro-Alimentar, S.A.

Andfjord Salmon AS announced a private placement of NOK 173.9 million on June 22, 2022. Under the agreement, the company will issue 4,144,932 new shares at a price of NOK 41.945 per share in the transaction. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Jerónimo Martins - Agro-Alimentar, S.A. As part of the transaction, investor will hold 10.1% stake in the company.

The new shares will be issued by the board pursuant to the authorization granted by the annual general meeting on 28 April 2022. The private placement will require a deviation from shareholders' pre-emption rights, in line with the authorization granted by the general meeting. Following completion of the directed private placement, subscription of the new shares and relevant registrations, the share capital of Andfjord Salmon will be NOK 41,038,927, divided on 41,038,927shares.
