Helsel, Senior Vice President of Global Operations and R&D, notified the company of his intention to leave the Company, effective January 12, 2024, in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Helsel?s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Helsel and the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies or practices.
