Anhui Tatfook Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:300134) agreed to acquire 90.49% stake in Shenzhen A&E Intelligent Equipments Co., Ltd from Shenzhen Hengtai Huasheng Asset Management Co., Ltd., Anhui Peitian Heavy Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Peitian Technology Co., Ltd., Huasheng Guohai Chuangying No. 6 Fund and other shareholders for approximately CNY 300 million on November 16, 2021. As per the transaction, Anhui Tatfook Technology Co., Ltd will issue 29.54 million shares as consideration. The Board of Directors of Anhui Tatfook Technology Co., Ltd has approved the transaction.
