Song Da 505 JSC agreed to acquire ANI SH One Member Limited Liability Company from ANI Joint Stock Company for VND 646 million.

Song Da 505 JSC (HNX:S55) agreed to acquire stake in ANI SH One Member Limited Liability Company from ANI Joint Stock Company (HNX:SIC) for VND 646 million on February 28, 2023. Following the transaction, ANI SH One Member will become a subsidiary of Song Da 505. The Board of Directors of Song Da 505 approved the transaction.

The transaction is expected to completed before March 30, 2023.
