Annehem Fastigheter enters its third year as a green share
Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) enters its third year as a green share on Nasdaq Stockholm following Cicero Shades of Green's annual review of the company's sustainability work. Annehem was one of the first companies to receive the Nasdaq Green Equity Designation 2022. The label is proof that more than 50 percent of Annehem's turnover derives from activities that are green and that the business carries out a significant proportion of green investments.
"Nasdaq's green labelling of Annehem's share enables investors to make a conscious green choice in a company that contributes to achieving our common climate goals. I am proud and happy that we are entering another year as a green-labeled share and that we continue to make sustainable moves in our real estate operations to move closer to the vision of being the most sustainable real estate company in the Nordic region." says Annehem's CEO, Monica Fallenius.
Every year, S&P Global Ratings' Cicero Shades of Green conducts a review of the company's sustainability work. The outcome of the review in 2023 showed that 74 per cent of the rental value and 81 per cent of the fair value of properties is green, according to Cicero Shades of Green. Annehem's continued high results show that the company's long-term work with sustainable management and other commitments is yielding results, both through certifications and work on energy efficiency.
