Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) gained access to the company's second residential property, a newly produced and Nordic Swan Ecolabeled residential property with 90 rental apartments near the company's existing property in the Partille Arena area in Gothenburg. The property, which is the company's second in the residential segment, has a total lettable area of 4,946 square meters and includes a total of 90 rental apartments. It is acquired at an underlying property value of SEK 250 million.

The residential property is Nordic Swan Ecolabeled and meets high standards for among others resource efficiency, reduced climate impact, and the preservation of biological diversity. The proximity to the existing property also creates good conditions for efficient and sustainable management. Partille Port is a new and growing district, and the area has a variety of social facilities close to Partille Arena.

There are expansive plans for the area and a total of approximately 1,000 homes, a public swimming pool and more commercial properties are to be built by 2027.
