Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) is a Sweden-based property group of companies focused on commercial, community and residential properties. The group owns and manages commercial properties in the Swedish growth regions of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skane, as well as on a Nordic level in Helsinki and Oslo. The group's operations are divided into two operating segments, the capital region (Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki) and the southern region (Malmo, Gothenburg, Angelholm). Annehem Fastigheter has a diversified customer base with several categories of tenants in different sectors. The parent Company Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) has no direct ownership in properties, but these are owned via wholly owned subsidiaries. The parent Company provides administrative and technical property management and financing services to the subsidiaries and group management.
