Anteris Technologies : Extension of Loan Facility

EXTENDED FACILITY AGREEMENT WITH SIO PARTNERS, LP

Brisbane, Australia and Eagan, MN- Anteris Technologies Limited (ASX:AVR), a structural heart company advancing the DurAVRTMvalve, a novel single-piece 3D aortic valve replacement solution, confirms that the maturity on its secured loan facility agreement in place with SIO Partners, LP with a current outstanding balance of $1.3m has been extended until 15 December 2021. The terms and conditions include the ability for the lender to seek repayment of the outstanding balance in the event the Company completes a capital or other transaction generating in excess of $5m. There has been no change to the interest rate.
