Apamanshop Holdings Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended June 30, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 30,556 million against JPY 30,248 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 1,326 million against JPY 1,876 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 821 million against JPY 1,497 million a year ago. Loss attributable to owners of parent was JPY 498 million against profit of JPY 587 million a year ago. Loss per sharebasic was JPY 28.00 against profit of JPY 35.35 a year ago.
For the fiscal year 2018, the company expects net sales of JPY 40,500 million, operating income of JPY 2,600 million, ordinary income of JPY 2,100 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 800 million and Profit per share-basic of 44.94.
Apaman Co., Ltd., formerly Apamanshop Holdings Co.,Ltd., is mainly engaged in agency business, property management business and principal investment and fund business based on the real estate information network. The Company operates though three business segments. The Agency segment is engaged in the leasing agency business through operation of direct stores, as well as the leasing agency franchise (FC) business through FC stores. The Property Management segment is engaged in leasing management and property subleasing. The Principal Investment and Fund segment is engaged in the real estate investment business for rent and the value-up business to resell real estate. The Others segment is engaged in parking business, co-working business, small office home office (SOHO) and capital management business.
