Aqua Corporation Public Company Limited announced that Watcharakiti Watcharothai has resigned from the position of Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee, Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee due to an increase in other business, and then he cannot perform his duty efficiently. The resignation has been effective from August 1, 2016 onward.
