Arbonia AG to distribute a 20% higher dividend of CHF 0.30 per registered share (CHF 0.25 for the 2020 financial year) to the shareholders for the 2021 financial year, for the fourth year in a row since the start of dividend payments. For this reason, the Board of Directors will propose to the General Meeting on 22 April 2022 to distribute a cash dividend of CHF 0.30 per registered share for the 2021 financial year, half from retained earnings and, tax-neutral for Swiss shareholders, half from capital contribution reserves.
