Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX:ALL) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to AUD 500 million worth of its shares. The program is a part of its capital management strategy maximizing shareholder returns and returning cash to shareholders.
The buyback will be funded from existing cash reserves. The program is valid till June 1, 2023. As of May 19, 2022, the company had 669,623,294 shares issued and outstanding.
